Biosketch
Dr. Colette Gushurst is a Professor Emerita in the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. She is now retired. She is Board Certified with the American Board of Pediatrics (Child Abuse Pediatrics). She is a graduate of Bradley University with a BS in Science (Summa Cum Laude) in 1974. She earned her MD at Loyola University-Chicago (Cum Laude) in 1977. She completed her residency in Pediatrics at the Children's Hospital National Medical Center in 1979. She then her completed her fellowship in the General Pediatric Academic Development Program from Duke University Medical Center in 1982.
